The Rebaz Foundation is the first Health and Educational NGO operating in Kurdistan. The foundation is working for the development of the Kurdish Region in the areas of Health and Education.

Our Mission

The mission of Rebaz Foundation is to support the leadership development of young people. Enhancing Education and Health Sectors in Kurdistan; provide opportunities for those who are empowered to take the lead in their community.

Vision

Creating opportunities that attracts and gives voice to the Next Generation in life and growth of our community. Fostering leadership opportunities and supporting initiatives of interest to the next generation.

Our Philosophy

Our organizational philosophy and values are as follows:

• To be capable of changing the world. We embrace the strengths and assets of young people as individuals to achieve this.
• Leadership and empowerment have to be inspired in a space that is collaborative and non-hierarchical.
• Non-profit organizations should promote open information exchange, partnerships, and the sharing of best practices to achieve common goals.
• Programs for young people must be safe, inclusive, accessible, and supportive. Social justice and inclusion are at the core of our work.
